Refunds and Exchanges

 

Siberian Unicorn does not issue refunds or exchanges for events that we host, except by special arrangement. Refunds and/or exchanges are at the discretion of the event staff. Before registering for an event, carefully review the event information and contact us with any questions you may have.

Currency

 

All event prices are stated in U.S. Dollars.

 

Payment Methods

 

Siberian Unicorn accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Many events we create offer registration through Active.com or Ultrasignup.com, which are 3rd party companies that have separate policies about credit card use. Please see their respective Terms of Use.

 

Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees

 

Events registered at Active.com, Race Roster, RunSignup, and UltraSignup.com are typically subject to a per-event convenience charge and a non-refundable per-order processing fee.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

 

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by our event team. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of the refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. In order to receive any refunds or exchanges that may be offered, you will have to comply with our instructions or deadlines, which, along with the decision about whether or not to issue a refund or an exchange, may be at the race director’s discretion.

Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Siberian Unicorn's website and any of our derivative sites, such as scenaperformance.com , sonomatriathlon.com, or thebayrace.com could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. This is also true of any of the information on third-party sites, such as the registration website or calendar websites. Siberian Unicorn does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Siberian Unicorn may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Siberian Unicorn does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
